The Chinese Language Center of TUT was officially inaugurated on August 1, 2025, in line with the Ministry of Education’s Chinese Language Education Development Plan and the Policy for Expanding the Enrollment of International Students. The establishment of the Center reflects the University’s commitment to advancing its internationalization strategy while addressing the academic and support needs of overseas students.

From its inception, the Center has systematically developed a comprehensive administrative framework, supported by a clearly defined organizational structure, well-planned staffing, and robust institutional guidelines. These foundations enable the effective delivery of Chinese language programs, student engagement initiatives, and administrative services.

TUT continues to invest resources and funding to strengthen the Center’s operations and enhance service quality, with the vision of building a highly efficient, institutionalized, and professional system for Chinese language education and administrative support.
